Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we only accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
